I guess we are doing a small cook out tonight with Torren. I'm trying to figure out food to cook with the hamburgers and pineapple brats. I think I'll be cooking buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer since we won't even be starting the charcoal until 8ish. I've already made lemon bars for dessert. A couple turned out a little too gooey so Shawn and I had to eat them already. I think I'm going to cook curried rice to go with dinner. It's one of my favorites and I've never actually cooked it. If it turns out well, I'll post a picture and a recipe. I'm actually excited but I have a lot of cleaning to do first. I think I might have to ask Shawn for help though. There is just so much to do, and not enough time to do it. I'm going to start by doing the dishes and making some sun tea.
