The other night, I made a pork chops and they were super easy and yummy. I thought I would share the recipe because it was so good. I use the really thin, boneless pork chops.
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
5-6 pork chops
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
5-6 pork chops
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, vinegar, flour and water in a bowl. Arrange 5-6 pork chops in a casserole dish without layering. Pour over sauce. Cover with foil or the dish lid. Cook for 1 hour. Serves 4-6.

I paired this with some steamed asparagus and green beans that I seasoned with some garlic powder, beau monde, pepper, and a little soy sauce.
I know this dinner is full of sodium, but it was really easy and delicious and I'm sure there are alterations that can be made to make it a little more healthy.
