It's a quarter to 9 and Scottie is opening up all of her presents she got at her party yesterday. The trash pile on my kitchen counter is growing by the minute. The big kids are at school and the house could use some picking up from the kids messes all weekend. Shawn's working upstairs and says he may wrap some presents while listening to his work training.

Right before Scottie's birthday party yesterday. They big kids and Shawn had run down the street to do the very last of her birthday shopping, so we sat in the car right outside the party place and waited for them to help us carry the cake and cooler inside. She was so excited. It was her first big party with friends and we invited her whole preschool class as well as a few kiddos we're friends with outside of that.

At the moment, jeans and a black v neck tshirt. I'm sure in a bit I'll change into shorts.

Praying for good news back on a friend's test results.
Also praying for an easy dentist trip with Ben. He's getting a cavity filled and his last 2 baby teeth pulled since they aren't coming out at all and his adult teeth are crowding. He's nervous, so praying for his calming too.

I hope Scottie has a fantastic birthday, it's crazy that she is 5 years old, what in the world, I remember you pregnant with her.
