I've been really busy lately and any slow cooker meals I can do, the better. I found this recipe on Pinterest. The recipe came from Southern Plate. I can assure you that it was such a good meal, the kids and I ate the left overs for the next few days.
Slow Cooker Cheesy Chicken and Rice
Chicken breast, boneless and skinless
Zatarain's yellow rice
Cream of chicken soup
Can of corn
shredded cheddar cheese
onion, chopped
Put the chicken and chopped onion in the slow cooker. put the cream of chicken soup over the top. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.
Cook the rice according to the directions on the box.
When the chicken mixture is done cooking, drain the can of corn and add the corn, rice, and cheese to the crock pot. Stir it up and let it cook for a few minutes to warm up.
