I've gotten a couple of request for my macaroni and cheese recipe, so I thought I would post it. It turned out so good and the leftovers were even better than when we had it the first night. My only regret is that I don't have a picture.
Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients:
1 lb Fusilli pasta
1 lb Velveeta
1 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp mustard (not dry)
4 tbsp butter
1/2 tsp paprika
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350. Bring a medium pan of water to a boil. Add the fusilli and cook until done. Meanwhile, cut the velveeta into small cubes. Drain the water from the fusilli, and then pour the pasta into a casserole dish. Add the milk butter, cheeses, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika and stir well.
Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it gets too dry, you may add more milk.
