Shawn's Aunt Susie made this great mint lemonade and before she moved back to Orcas Island she shared the recipe. I'm going to share it here because I'm planning on drinking it all summer long. It's yummy and very refreshing.
Susie's Mint Lemonade
1 can frozen lemonade concentrate
A little less that a quart of water
a handful of mint leaves
2 pitcher tea bags
Put the water, mint, and tea bags in a large pitcher. Set the pitcher in the sun for a few hours to create a mint sun tea.
After the tea is done, take out the bags and mint leaves. Add the frozen lemonade concentrate and stir well. Chill and serve.
