I'm always looking for easy and quick recipes. This is perfect for that. By the time I got my husband's plate fixed, and mine, my son was shoving his empty plate at me, saying "More please!" Shawn even said that this is one of the best things he's eaten in a while and that says a lot considering we've been doing a lot of his favorite stuff lately. Of course this is a recipe I found over at Sandra's page. I made a few minor adjustments, so here's my recipe. For her recipe, go to her page. While you're there try some of her other recipes. You won't regret it. Who needs pinterest when you have her blog. Hahaha!

Cook the pasta according to the directions on the box.
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic, and then saute in a pan with the red pepper until cooked all the way through. Add the cooking creme and the cheddar cheese and stir it together well. Let it cook for about 3 minutes. Add the spinach and chicken mix to the pasta and stir well.
