Hot Artichoke and Cheese Dip

At the beginning of football season, my Aunt Marci sent me a cook book she'd put together and called "Ultimate Football Recipes."  Yesterday for the Super bowl, I made her artichoke dip.  It was so good that everyone filled up on it before anything else was cooked.  Seriously amazing.  Probably the best artichoke dip I have ever had.

Hot Artichoke and Cheese Dip

2  8oz cream cheese - soft
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1  16 oz chopped frozen spinach - thawed
1 13 3/4 can artichoke hearts
2/3 cup Monterey Jack cheese

(I also added a can of sliced, drained water chestnuts which was really good)

Mix all and heat in a crock pot.

Even Ben loved it and he's pretty much a picky eater.
