Attempting to be a Super Mom

We did this craft today as well.  It turned out really cute!  This one also came from No Time For Flash Cards . P is for Peacock What you'll need: construction paper scissors glue markers googly eye 1.  Draw and cut out the letter P. 2.  Color the letter P. 3.  Cut out and color feathers for the peacock. 4.  Glue them to the back of the P. 5.  Cut out a little plume of feathers. 6.  Glue it to the top of the P from the back. 7.  Cut out a beak. 8.  Glue it to the front of the P. 9.  Glue on the googly eye. And your cute peacock is done.

This craft was supposed to be done yesterday, but we didn't have time for crafts yesterday in between nap time and playtime at the park.  This craft also came from No Time For Flash Cards . P is for Pennies What you'll need: construction paper scissors pen glue pennies 1.  Draw and cut out the letter P. 2.  Glue the pennies onto the P. That's it.  It's not really too involved, but Ben liked it a lot.

Oops.  It seems I have gotten behind on my craft posting.  This craft was one we did Tuesday.  It came from No Time For Flash Cards . P is for Piano What you'll need: construction paper glue scissors markers 1.  Draw and cut out the letter P leaving the straight side thicker than normal. 2.  Cut out a strip of white, as long and wide as the straight side of the letter P. 3.  Cut out strips of black that are shorter than the white piece is wide. 4.  On the white piece, draw lines across with marker. 5.  Glue the white piece onto the straight part of the P. 6.  Glue the little black pieces onto the white part. 7.  Once all of the black parts are attached, it is done. I have a letter P craft planned for everyday this week.  I let Ben pick which one he did today.  The one we did, came from Totally Tots . P is for Penguin What you'll need: black, white, and orange paper scissors glue pen googly eye 1.  Trace and cut out the letter P from the black paper. 2.  Cut a belly from the white and feet and a beak from the orange. While I was cutting, Ben was coloring his letter P coloring sheets. 3.  Flip your P over.  Glue the belly onto the leg of the P. 4.  Glue one foot onto the P from the back. 5.  Glue the second foot onto the front of the P. 6.  Glue the beak onto the loop of the P. 7.  Glue the googly eye onto the P. 8.  Finally, draw a line on the beak to make it look more beak like. ...
