Summer fun:::
I'm coming up with lots of fun stuff to do this summer, including going to the blueberry patch tomorrow with Shawn's sister.

Looking around my house:::
Ben and Sydney are picking up their room and making their beds, and getting along, I've got water boiling on the stove for hard boiled eggs and we're getting ready for lunch.  Rylie is cooing in my lap and just demanding kisses with her cute smile.  The washer and dryer are both going and the house is CLEAN!  I'm so ready to relax.

From the camera:::

Something fun to share:::
I can't think of anything specific other than that the kids and I are planning on going to the berry patch tomorrow with Shawn's sister.  I'm excited to go.  We're trying to come up with plans for Wednesday as well.

On my prayer list:::
Once again I'm praying for my husband who is doing a lot of traveling lately.  He's in Atlanta this week.  I'm also praying for my family as we get passed tomorrow which will be rough for all of us.

I found this recipe here .This one is meatless, but it is important to add that it is NOT dairy free. There are adjustments you can do to make it dairy free though. It’s quick and was really well liked.  Potato Soup 6-8 cups russet potatoes, peeled and chopped 1 yellow onion, diced 2 stalks celery, chopped 1 clove garlic 4 cups vegetable stock 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded 1/2 cup sour cream or cream 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp pepper Pinch red pepper flakes 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp olive oil In a large pot over medium heat, add the butter and olive oil. Once hot and melted together add the onions and celery. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Add the potatoes and minced garlic to the pot and continue to sauté all of the ingredients for about 5 minutes. Add vegetable stock and increase th
