Ok, so I love Christmas movies.  Sshhh, don't tell... I watch them all year round!  I'm not even kidding.  My favorite movie ever is a Christmas movie and I put it on all the time.
There are two that I always loved but never see anymore

A Garfield Christmas
Noel (the cartoon about the ornament... does anyone else remember this?)

Here's my list of favorites that I watch every single year!

It's a Wonderful Life
This Christmas
Home Alone
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation
Elf
A Charlie Brown Christmas
The Holiday
The Santa Clause

And of course my absolute favorite movie...

Happy Homemaker Monday

As I look outside my window::: So far today, it is cold and gloomy! Right now I am:::  Sitting on the couch under my crocheted afghan. Thinking and pondering::: On Thanksgiving!  What to fix.  I think I'm getting carried away, but I love it.  On my bedside table::: I haven't been doing much reading lately and I should. Duck Commander Family by Willie and Korie Robertson Frozen by Sarah Nathan and Sela Roman On my tv tonight::: American Horror Story Some Doctor Who specials Playing on the radio::: I don't have anything playing right now, but I'm obsessed with James Blunt's new song, Bonfire Heart. The video is amazing too.  I love the story behind the video.  The people in it are NOT actors.  The wedding scene towards the end, he actually crashed a wedding and captured the bride and grooms first dance.  Amazing.  And, not only is his voice and music wonderful, he's a total hottie. Blogmas 2014- Day 1 Favorite Christmas Tradition

This year, I'm participating in Sandra's, at Diary of a Stay at Home Mom, Blogmas 2014.  If you want to join in, you can go over to her post, by clicking here , and see what it's all about.   When I was a kid, growing up, we never had fake trees.  I loved everything about them. Whew-y!

As I'm sure you all can understand that the life of a stay at home mom, is not sitting on the couch, eating bon bons and watching TV all day.  Life is busy and exhausting! Our van is once again in the shop.  This time it's the power steering and the heat in the back doesn't work.  Don't worry, we can't be without a van, so we rented one.  The kids love it as it has a DVD player in it.  I love it too.  I want a new stereo and DVD player for my van so badly!  Especially since we're keeping it around for a while.  Maybe that's what I'll beg for, for Christmas. So, obviously, since Halloween was on Friday, we had lots of craziness going on. Friday was so hectic but so fun.  I guess our Halloween festivities started on Thursday since Sydney's class parade was on Thursday. Sydney and Rylie were of course Elsa and Anna just like almost every other little girl.  Ben was Darth Vader and Scotland was a unicorn.  She was perhaps the cute...
